Return Procedure
If you need to request a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team. Upon receiving your request, we will process it within 3 days and provide you with further instructions.
Please make sure to include the original packaging with your returns for a smooth process. Keep the box for 30 days in case you need to make a return, as lost items can cause delays in the refund process.
It may take up to 5 days for us to inspect and process the items once we receive the return package. If the product is damaged or missing parts, not due to BEYOND MARINA, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days, though there may be a delay in the refund display. For exchanges, we will address any cost differences between the original and exchanged items.

Verification & Resolution
Once we have received and verified your returned product, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. BEYOND MARINA reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products with equivalent ones at our discretion. The repair or replacement process may take up to 14 business days. Once completed, we will return the product to you at no extra cost.
